Refund & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that are damaged due to misuse

Process: To initiate a return, contact us at hello@empiti.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@empiti.com so we can resolve the issue.
