Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We ship to Australia and selected international destinations.

Delivery time to Australia: Orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the day you place your order. Every order is tracked.

Delivery time to other countries: Orders shipped outside Australia typically arrive within 10–25 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier conditions beyond our control.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs: Shipping is free on all orders delivered in Australia. Shipping costs to other countries are calculated at checkout.

Taxes & import duties: For orders delivered in Australia, all prices include import duties and any applicable taxes — you won't pay anything extra on delivery. For international orders, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, contact us at hello@empiti.com within 7 days and we'll help you lodge a claim with the carrier.
