EMPITI (empiti.com) is operated by EMPITI LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We sell dog travel and camping gear and ship to customers around the world, including Australia.

2. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and refunded in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Australian orders: prices include import duties and applicable taxes. International orders: local import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility. We may change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will never affect an order you've already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

If you're shopping from Australia, nothing in these Terms limits the guarantees you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and customers elsewhere retain any equivalent non-excludable consumer rights under their own local law.
